Steps:

1. Download and Instal Cheat Engine (do not open)
2. Log in to your facebbok account then play C.H.A.O.S
3. Open Cheat Engine then select process browser (firefox use "plugin-container.exe") (For google chrome I do not know, because I have not try)
4. Then select value of byte, select "4bytes"
5.  Back to C.H.A.O.S, go to shop then first scan for price helicopter (example: helicopter price is 49000 then first 49000)
6. after you first scan then you will get a few addresses, move the address to "address list"
7. Then change value to In accordance with your wishes. (exp: change value to -99999999)
